The refill guarantee covers the quantity of followers delivered in your order. If your follower count drops within 30 days of confirmed completion, we will refill the difference. Refills are processed automatically within 24 hours of us detecting a drop. If you notice a drop before we do, message us at instactive6@gmail.com with your order reference and we'll fast-track it.
The guarantee applies only to the original handle or account from your order. It does not cover drops caused by Instagram account changes (account deactivation, username changes, conversion to private) or platform-wide purges.
You are entitled to a full refund if:
If delivery stalls mid-way and we cannot complete the remaining quantity, we will refund the undelivered portion on a pro-rated basis. For example, if you ordered 1,000 followers and we delivered 600 but cannot complete the remaining 400, we will refund 40% of the order value.

We aim to respond within 2 hours during UK working hours. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We resolve the vast majority of issues within hours, and a chargeback adds unnecessary delays for everyone. Accounts that initiate a chargeback without first contacting us may be unable to place future orders.
